TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance of terms

All and any business entered by the seller Atrick.ie (the website) with any other party the purchaser is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.

Rights of Seller

All prices, pictures and illustrations on the website are subject to alteration without notice. The Seller shall be entitled to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Title

The ownership of the goods supplied under a contract of the sale is to remain the Seller until all sums due by the Purchaser to the Seller have been discharged. The Purchaser will be entitled to sell on such goods to their customer but if they do so prior to the discharge of all sums to the Seller, they will do so as the Seller Agent and will hold the proceeds of sale in trust for the Seller. The Purchaser will keep the Sellers goods separately so that they are readily identifiable. The risk in the goods will pass to the Purchaser upon delivery not withstanding the fact that the title will remain vested to the Seller.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT and delivery within the Republic of Ireland. The total price shown in your shopping cart when checking out is the price you will be charged. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Delivery

Orders for ex-stock items are available for immediate dispatch and our free delivery service is 24 hours “Next Working Day”. We will endeavour to notify you quickly should any items on your order be out of stock and subject to delivery delays. After placing an order, always telephone our sales team quoting your order number so that we may verify availability and to confirm your preferred delivery date! ‘Made to order’ products such as mobile warehouse steps, stairs, and specialist ladders are obviously not available on a next day service and you will be contacted by our sales team with an estimated delivery date for these items. When your goods arrive it is important that you check that the items are in good condition and the quantity of items received corresponds to the quantity you are signing for. In the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact our sales team immediately in order that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise inconvenience to you. Please inform us promptly of any shortages so that we may take the matter up with our couriers and trace the missing items. We must emphasise the importance of checking your goods thoroughly at the time of delivery as you are signing for them in good condition. Please make sure they are. Signing "Unchecked", "Not Checked" or similar is not acceptable. Once a specific delivery day has been agreed, we will make every reasonable endeavour to ensure your goods arrive on that day, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non delivery of your order or part thereof. The title and risk as mentioned above in the goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery of the goods. Please understand that items ordered and delivered, but refused at the point of delivery for reasons such as " too heavy", " too long", " too short" or "not suitable" will only be credited when the item is returned to us by our courier in an undamaged & saleable condition. The cost of the goods will then be credited in full, less the cost of return carriage to our warehouse. Please therefore, check all sizes, weights & descriptions carefully prior to ordering. For shipping information outside the Republic of Ireland, please call or email

Returns

If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods* for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 14 day period and return the goods undamaged, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition together with the sales receipt, ensuring that the goods are adequately insured during their return journey. You the Purchaser will be responsible for return carriage costs, unless the returned goods prove defective or faulty through no fault of your own, in which case we will refund the return transport costs in full minus the 15% restocking fee. Only after we receive the returned goods in a saleable condition can we refund the value of the goods in full minus the 15% restocking fee. *Please note this applies to standard stock items and not to 'made to order' products such as Mobile safety steps, spiral stairs, and spacesaver stairs. Please check suitability of these items carefully before ordering, as they are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by phone or email quoting your order number.
